The Duggar plan

Stephens Media covers an appearance by Senate candidates Jim Bob Duggar and Bill Pritchard. Lordy. The lead news is that Duggar doesn't think the state is ready to pass school vouchers just yet. But a property tax credit for home schoolers would be a good place to start says Big Daddy. Times 16 in his case.
