According to Page Six, Mike Huckabee thought he’d invited Mick Jagger to sing at a recent campaign event. It was a case of mistaken identity. A Jagger turned up, but it was Mick’s brother, Chris Jagger.  That’s him in the photograph. If the report is accurate, it was a rare miscue for The Huckster, a pop culture savant if there ever was one. Not to mention the man who pardoned Keith Richards for a long-ago Arkansas driving offense. And here’s another blog’s take on Huckabee getting “cloak and Jaggered.”

UPDATE: Page Six, and in turn this blog for repeating Page Six, were snookered by what turns out to be a spoof item on a gag website. Huck knows his Jaggerses.
