Police beat Charges pending in bike death

The LRPD today distributed the full report on the bicyclist killed at Cantrell and River Mountain Road yesterday by a driver who witnesses said ran a red light.

Lt. Terry Hastings said the driver will be ticketed, at a minimum, for running a red light. He said the prosecutor's office will review what other charge, if any, should be filed.
