Wooldridge: Some Democrat

Posted by Max Brantley on Tue, Aug 3, 2010 at 5:30 PM

What a shock. Putative Democrat Tim Wooldridge's campaign advisers have gone to work for Rick "Bankrupt Deficit Hawk" Crawford, the Republican candidate for 1st District Congress against Democrat Chad Causey.

SPEAKING OF RICK CRAWFORD: Did he or didn't he repay the debts discharged in bankruptcy some years ago? He says he did, but declines the D-G's invitation to prove it. For the record, his bankruptcy filing includes his check of a box that said he didn't expect to have money to pay his debts.

Thanks for the serendipity -- my day is full already.

Maybe they can work their "magic" for Crawford? Maybe they can help Rick look for his checks proving that he paid his BR debts? However, since he has stonewalled the DG on this information, perhaps they will have other duties.

If someone hasn't done so already, I suppose they could go to the federal court website and download a copy of Slick Rick's BR petition for all of us to see.

DoG really smoked Crawford with that privacy waiver. D'oh! It's August and the Rickster is toast.

We have a lot of "Democrats" in Arkansas with these traits.

I guess Wooldridge will stop at nothing to continue seeing his name in print. In a state where Democrats dominate, how is him doing this going to help him find a new job since he got fired?

And re: Craweford? What in the world is this guy even thinking...running for public office? He didnt even have a copy of his own bankruptcy filing?
