The U.S. Supreme Court today declined to fast-track review of a lower court ruling (one of many) on the federal health care reform law.

In other words, Gov. Mike Beebe was right and the Republican legislative clique was wrong. The state should proceed with planning for implementation of health exchanges, like them or not, or else let somebody in Washington set the rules.
