Andy Allison to head Ark. Medicaid program

Andy Allison, a Ouachita Baptist University graduate who's been running Kansas' Medicaid program, has been named to run the Arkansas Medicaid program. Details here.He succeeds Gene Gessow, who announced his resignation in October.
