Republican vote suppression targets college students

A New York Times editorial targets the growing Republican effort to suppress voting among target groups believed unfriendly to Republican causes. To the elderly, the poor and minorities, add college students. More states controlled by Republicans are making it harder for college students to vote because of their perceived liberal instincts.
