Bathroom bust at Target on University

An off-duty Pulaski deputy, overhearing a suspicious conversation about drugs Tuesday evening in a restroom stall at the Target on University, attempts to make a bust. Suspect struggles. A suspected attempt to shoplift a phone turned into a robbery charge, on top of probation violations, the report says.
