Candidates file for Arkansas elections

Secretary of State Mark Martin's office says it will update candidate filing for state offices every 15 minutes after it begins at noon today. These will include legislative, judicial and congressional candidates. Local candidates will file at courthouses.

The secretary of state Twitter feed will post each filing as it happens.

The Pulaski County clerk's office says its filings will be posted on-line. Here's the standard search page.
