For those of you who missed my birthday Sunday, there's still time to get over to North Little Rock to get me a little something at the auction of the spiffy classic car collection assembled by Tom and Don Salmon. I'll take the 1948 International woody shown above. It'd be perfect for coming Hendrix Warrior tailgating. Some 140 cars, motorcycles, road art and other stuff will be sold.
Auction begins at 11 at 4343 Roundtop Road. No gawkers; serious buyers only. Bidders credentials are required for admission. The admission is $100 (but you get a commemorative catalogue) and you must put down a $500 deposit.
