Lawsuit planned in West Memphis 3 case

Rogers lawyer Ken Swindle says he'll be filing a lawsuit tomorrow in Crittenden Circuit Court in Marion concerning the 1993 deaths of three children in what has come to be known as the West Memphis Three case.

That's all I know. I'm attempting to dig up more details. Mara Leveritt will be in Marion tomorrow.
