Lawsuit planned in West Memphis 3 case

Rogers lawyer Ken Swindle says he'll be filing a lawsuit tomorrow in Crittenden Circuit Court in Marion concerning the 1993 deaths of three children in what has come to be known as the West Memphis Three case.

That's all I know. I'm attempting to dig up more details. Mara Leveritt will be in Marion tomorrow.

    A jury of six men and six women was seated today for the trial of Tim Howard which is to begin Monday. In a subsequent pretrial hearing, for which the jury was not present, Circuit Judge Charles Yeargan denied the motion filed last week by Howard's attorney that had sought dismissal of the charges against Howard due to alleged prosecutor misconduct. /more/
