Higher education Beebe appointments include Pulaski Tech trustee

I mentioned the other day that long-time Pulaski Tech trustee John Barnes had said he'd been notified by Gov. Mike Beebe that he'd not be reappointed to the governing board of the two-year college. A group of appointments today includes the new appointee, Frank Scott of Little Rock, a banker who's worked previously on the governor's staff.
