40/29 reports the sale of Whirlpool's closed refrigerator factory in Fort Smith to Infinity Assets Solutions.

No terms revealed.

I'd guess this doesn't indicate an immediate new use for the building. Infinity Assets is an outfit that disposes of assets for public and private institutions, often at auction.
