Arab protests spread to Yemen

Mideast turmoil grows. The world waits for Romney's latest tall talk on dealing with asymmetric warfare. Don't those angry protestors know we have the world's greatest military force and, if Republicans are elected, are prepared to expand it?

By the way, Anne Patterson, the Arkansas native who's ambassador to Egypt, was in Washington when violence broke out in Cairo, Stephens Media reports.

Report questions performance of 'virtual schools,' just expanded in Arkansas

The Arkansas legislature opened a new stream of state money on virtual schools — a scheme in which state money equivalent to that given brick-and-mortar schools with labs, gyms, cafeterias, buses, teachers, etc. is given for home schooled students, largely to the benefit of private management companies that serve the virtual school industry.
