That 47 percent of the American populace who just take and take and take and don't want to give the government any tax money? Those people that Mitt Romney has no use for?

* In 2011, 7,000 tax filers who reported more than $1 million in income paid no federal income tax. The Romney Plan, you could call it.

* Also in 2011, 110,000 filers who made more than $200,000 (that's middle income to Mitt Romney) paid no income taxes.

UPDATE: A friend sent this link to a piece by Wayne Self on his mama and several other deadbeats on whom Romney will waste no time.

The House Revenue and Taxation Committee takes up income tax measures today. * RELIEF FOR POOR WORKERS: The committee rejected, by a Republican motion to table, HB 1240 by Rep. Fred Love to give state income taxpayers a credit equal to 5 percent of the federal earned income tax credit. /more/
