Project Vote Smart has published its Voter's Self-Defense Manual for 2012, with basic information on political candidates and check lists of votes by incumbent members of Congress on key issues.
The publication also includes the Political Courage Test: "Are you willing to tell citizens where you stand on the issues you may face if elected?"
Five of the six members of Congress from Arkansas flunked that test — both senators and three of four members of the House. Rep. Mike Ross, coincidentally a lame duck, answered in the affirmative.
