The sheriff's office today said it had identified the body of a woman found dead Saturday off the roadside in the 8000 block of Harper Road as Kimberly Espino Davis, 29, of Little Rock. Lt. Carl Minden said:

... The death is being investigated as a homicide; however, the manner of death is not being released at this time due to the on-going investigation. Sheriff’s Office Investigators are asking for friends of the victim, or anyone that may have had contact with the victim recently, to come forward with any information that may help in the investigation.

PCSO Criminal Investigations Division: (501) 340-6940
PCSO 24 Hour Communications: (501) 340-6963
Central Arkansas CRIMESTOPPERS: (501) 340-8477

The original incident report adds little to what's been released publicly.
