Obama: 'We are not a deadbeat nation'

President Obama talked tough this morning. The debt ceiling must be raised. The U.S. must meet existing obligations. He squarely puts the responsibility for the decision on Republicans.
The new Republican congressman from the 4th District, Tom Cotton of the Club for Growth, has already said he's untroubled by a default. He's ready for the U.S. to take this medicine, he says. Reps. Griffin, Womack and Crawford? Sen. Boozman?
