Special consideration for pay of judges, prosecutors removed from bill

It was written to give a 2 per cent pay raise to judges and prosecutors, while holding pay of others flat. The pay raise was removed. I understood incorrectly that the judicial pay would be considered separately, but it appears it was simply removed.
