Arkansas Politics Sam Brownback's plan for Arkansas

I don't think it's a stretch to predict what Sam Brownback is doing as governor of Kansas will find its way into the Arkansas Republican game plan sooner rather than later.
He's moving to end the income tax. Medicaid has been privatized. State services are being cut. How to pay for income tax cuts? A sales tax increase and elimination of tax credits that benefit working poor. A nice partner to new tax cuts for non-wage income for certain corporations.
Trickle down is the theme.
