Committee endorses bill to allow scalping of concert tickets

I missed most of the debate, but caught the roll call by which the House Judiciary Committee gave an endorsement to Republican Rep. Doug House's bill to exempt musical performances from the anti-ticket scalping law. Scalping of athletic event tickets would still be a crime.

The names of Justin Bieber and Hannah Montana were invoked.
