Take this with a heaping of salt,  but Politico reports on a poll from conservative group Citizens United Political Victory Fund showing Rep. Tom Cotton up 48 percent to 41 percent in his challenge to incumbent Sen. Mark Pryor. Citizens United Political Victory Fund was a major donor to Cotton’s last Congressional campaign and a Pryor spokesman noted that polls commissioned by the group in the last election cycle turned out to be off.

You’re never going to believe this, but those who support Cotton are trumpeting the results and Pryor supporters are dismissing the poll. Expect several more meaningless polls, followed by meaningless spin, to be released in the coming months.
