The Arkansas Lottery says David Dahlqvist of Bella Vista won $1 million on a $2 Powerball ticket purchased at Casey's General Store in Bella Vista.

Good day for the tax man. That check is just for show. About 32 percent, or $320,000, is withheld for federal (25 percent) and state (7 percent) income taxes.
