As a Hutchinson supporter noted, the charter school/voucher crowd should swell the ranks for the former Florida governor. And they have fat wallets, if not glowing results from the Bush school experiment.
Two Arkansas Democratic legislators today distributed appeals that Gov. Asa Hutchinson not cut into funding for city and state roads when he devises a plan to increase money for state highway spending. /more/
A Democrat won the race for Louisiana governor, owing in part to a tremendously flawed Republican candidate, David Vitter. But there are perhaps a few shreds of hope in John Bel Edwards' victory for other Democrats in the South, including Arkansas. Aren't there? /more/
