Another victory for marriage equality in Missouri. In this ACLU-backed case, a couple challenged a ban as it applies to couples legally married in other states. They won. The judge found no logical reason to prohibit benefits extended to married couples in Missouri from going to a legally married couple whose partners happened to be the same sex.

This is a part of challenges in state and federal court in Arkansas. Will judges here follow the tide of history?
