Annals of the legislature: Day 2

I'm going to try to skim bill filings most days to look for the important, interesting, bizarre. The presumption is that most Republican bills will be approved.

Light duty today because legislators are ceremonially involved.

But Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson did file a bill requiring lifetime supervision and monitoring of serious sex offenders.
