Police arrest two in Simmons Bank robbery

The Little Rock police have arrested two men for robbing the Simmons Bank branch at 23816 Chenal Parkway about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. The armed robbers took money from the bank and also stole a customer's wallet.

The robbers were seen leaving in a Chevy Impala. That led to a nearby traffic stop. Two men taken into custody then were charged with two counts of robbery and one of theft — Antonio Griffin, 19, and Terry Hamilton, 16 (he was charged as an adult).
