An open line with news from Milwaukee and Rio

Posted By on Sun, Aug 14, 2016 at 4:03 PM

News of the moment includes the report that Olympic swimmers, including Ryan Lochte,  were robbed at gunpoint by men impersonating police in Rio.

Also, the National Guard has been activated to participate, if needed, in peacekeeping in Milwaukee after fires and other reactions followed a fatal police shooting last night.
