
And some days I want meat. In particular, I want a good prime rib. There aren't a whole lot of places that serve up prime rib around these parts, and fewer that do it well. Whenever I find one, I treasure it and tell everyone about it so I can help that place stay in business.
That particular prime rib you see is the second best prime rib I've found in Arkansas (second only to Opal Mae's in Russellville). It's hand cut and hand seasoned, cooked to order and served up with choice of potatoes, some vegetation and an elixir called Road Rash. It can only be found on the weekends at Scooter's Restaurant at the Hub, and you're going to have to drive to Marble Falls to get it.
