  • SUBLIME: Burger Mama's onion rings, another alternative
Once again, the readers of the Arkansas Times have determined their favorites — on everything from politicians to water parks. And once again, the top choice for onion rings is Sonic.

There was a lively discussion last night on my Facebook page about onion rings. When challenged to recall better rings, I came up with a mere 40 locations that purvey perfect rings for purchase. I bet you can come up with some, too.

So, want to defend the champ? Or the local favorite, Cotham's? Or do you have a place where the rings are sublime and in their prime? Here's your chance to sound off.

And don't even get me started on French fries... where McDonald's was once again declared the winner. Just... harrumph.
