The terrifically popular Conway hot dog stand The Green Cart Deli is parked outside of Channel 7's Daybreak studios in the River Market today. With two carts and a third on the horizon, owner Brad Kossover said today he's considering putting one cart permanently in Little Rock. Like Hot Dog Mike, fancy hot dogs with creative toppings is the thing at GCD. According to Kossover, GCD offers 700,000 topping combinations. They also, at least initially, billed themselves as "The World's First Biocompostable Solar-Powered Gourmet Food Cart!" The cart's solar powered; the containers in which the food is served are biocompostable.

We reviewed the cart favorably last year.
