Events Scenes from The Butcher & Public pig roast

Check out the latest from our web video series collaboration with Camp Friday Films on food and music. It's footage from Chef Travis McConnell's first Butcher & Public event. Like we've told you before, McConnell, currently sous chef at the Capital, plans on doing these semi-regularly leading up to the time when he's able to branch out and open his own brick and mortar space.
