Riverfest just announced, via Facebook, their final headliner is going to be Earth, Wind, and Fire.

Hrumph. Sure, they're Miles Davis' favorite band, the seventh highest selling American band of all time and the only redeeming part of the 'Sgt. Pepper' movie, but I have to admit: the pick falls a bit flat on my ears.

And from the tone of the comments thread on their Facebook page, it seems I'm not the only one.

Or maybe I'm just pouting because they didn't bag Hall & Oates as I expected/hoped/prayed/sacrificed a voodoo chicken or two for.
