Strange things amiss in Hillcrest

The Hillcrest Pug Strangler (sketched above); pagan rock formations in Allsopp Park; a group of beautiful women in a secret society led, possibly, by a spectral bearded wizard-looking dude; a vigilante band of 11 to 12 year-old boys (the Hillcrest Youth, natch)—strange things are happening in the heart of Little Rock. And a new blog, Forbidden Hillcrest, is all over them.

I can't help but notice a striking similarity between the Strangler and a certain local musician...
