The University of Central Arkansas is bringing in legendary poet, activist and musician Ed Sanders as part of its Artists in Residence program. Sanders will give a reading and sign copies of his books starting at 7:30 p.m. in Room 107 of the College of Business building.
On the complete opposite end of the political spectrum is, Lord help us, "Turd Blossom" himself. That's right, it's Karl Rove, who speaks at Harding University, at 7 p.m.
Up in Fayetteville, the AMP hosts folk-rockers The Avett Brothers, 7:30 p.m., $37.
