The exhibition of paintings by Eric Forstmann and origami by Akeen McDaniel, 18, is the Argenta ArtWalk offering tonight at the Thea Foundation, 401 Main St., 5-8 p.m.

Saturday brings a new exhibit to Thea, yarn art by Morgan Elizabeth Hill, from 7-9 p.m. The event is part of a master’s thesis project by Thea administrative coordinator Emily Mitchell. Funds from the project will benefit an emerging artist grant.

There will be a full bar, music by singer/songwriter John Willis and guest artist Chelsye Garrett will make an appearance with her poppy-inspired artwork. Tickets are $10 at the door.
