Here’s the Rock Candy anthem of the week, courtesy of Arkansas rap group Tenta B and the R.T.P. They released three tapes in the early ’90s: “Pretty Boyz” (1993), “Tenta B and the R.T.P.” (1994), and “An Interview with Tha Playa” (1995), the last of which included this track, maybe the great lost Little Rock sex jam of the decade. Also check out “Victims Omen,” from the same record. There is frustratingly little information out there about these guys, but if anyone remembers them or has a good tip on how to track them down, drop me a line at will@arktimes.com.
