The inaugural ACANSA Arts Festival,
crafted over the past year by the leaders of Little Rock's arts community, will kick off Sept. 23
with a cocktail reception at the Arkansas Governor's Mansion and continue with art, theater, music and dance performances in Little Rock and North Little Rock Sept. 24-28.
