Gov. Mike Beebe has filled two vacancies on the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees:
He named Brad Lacy of Conway, an economic developer, to replace Randy Sims and Elizabeth Farris of Hot Springs to succeed the late Harold Chakales.
