Yes folks the Hog Roast planners are reevaluating the next hog roast, primarily the serving portions and we hope to have more teams next year. We apologize to those that missed out on the food. It really did go FAST. Great music continued till 10. Quite a party. Special thanks to all the restaurant teams and Ben E Keith.
My dad was in the service, and when we returned from Paris in, oh never mind, we were lucky enough to be stationed in Arlington. He worked at the Pentagon. We had all our relatives from Arkansas visit us every summer, and we took them to all the sights. I never got tired of seeing the monuments, cherry blossoms, Smithsonian Institute, the
changing of the guards, Arlington cemetery, etc. for a little girl it made a lasting impression. And I'm so glad now I never complained. Maybe because we had to get all dressed up back then, but still. It was great.
Max, great story. It's funny to think of the roll the military played to parents of folks our age. It seemed to be a way of life for so many families. And gave us the opportunity to experience living in other countries. Have a great trip, and I hope you meet Darielle's parents.
Where's Bruno's when you really need them?
Does Newk's offer any gluten free bread or options like corn tortillas to make a wrap?
What a fantastic story. I've heard of this John Rogers (there are several John Rogers in Arkansas) but reading a complete history of his beginnings and where he is currently, and his love for North Little Rock is fascinating. Thank you David.
Congrats to Hendrix. Very progressive step forward, and good for our state.
