Whatever - It also occurred the day after the General Assembly adjourned. If she refuses to resign, they'll have to call a special session to impeach her.

The justice.gov link mentions "The Hobbs Act and Campaign Contributions", so that is another possibility.
There was that campaign contribution in a single check for $10,000 from five New York lawyers -
