Sound - what will happen to him is FINRA will come in and give him a lifetime securities ban and revoke all of his securities licenses. Then more than likely the SEC and the Arkansas Securities Dept. will start imposing fines.

rc - I think you may be correct but you have this now on the federal level rather than state. It will get real interesting from here. eL, glad to hear you are safe and sound.

Max - I think you will find out who the other party is in quick fashion. FINRA will come in pretty quickly and revoke the brokers license for life. That being said the SEC and then the Arkansas Securities Department will decide if they want to go after that person.

Raven and mom I'm with you. A couple of years ago my sis in law had the same terrible service. My brother in law was going thru chemo and was really getting to be a picky eater and I guess there were certain ingredients in desserts that didn't sit well with him and she asked about all of the ingredients in the brownies and they went off on her. She left the store in tears. As a result they lost four families business who are all within walking distance to that store.
