Leylow--You obviously missed the part where it says "While ultrasounds administered prior to 20 weeks are generally adequate to assess major organ systems, they fail to detect major cardiac, skeletal, and craniofacial anomalies, particularly those that are lethal to the fetus."
I know people who want babies very badly and the last thing that they want is an abortion. At 20+ weeks they have discovered that their baby is anencephalic and will not live very long should they carry the child to full term. So they have had what they never wanted--a late-term abortion.
Obviously most women figure out they are pregnant long before they hit that 20 week mark. Most abortions after that point are due to things other than a woman being too stupid to get one done prior to that. So expand your "pro-choice" stance to include those unfortunate families who have to face a choice to abort wanted babies at that late date.

Breaking news--Boy Scouts to Allow Gay Youth

Good article:
The IRS Scandal: Tempest and the Tea Party
"Sadly, in the radioactive environment in Washington, it’s difficult to envision a remedy even this elementary emerging from Congress. Instead, Republicans will scramble to link the scandal to someone—anyone!—with White House credentials. Democrats will try to protect the president by competing to devise the most draconian possible penalties for low-level, tin-eared IRS bureaucrats. The truth? Both parties exploit and profit from the farcical campaign-finance system as it now exists, and no one has the political will to change it."

I posted the link to the story on the morning line earlier this afternoon since I thought it was important and had been discussed here previously. Glad to see that Max made this a news thread! I hope your prediction is correct Durango!
