I heard the ducks were being sold to The Capital Hotel. Foie Gras anyone?
(This is a joke)
You are all idiots. Everyone of you. To sit and argue over an issue that is designed to get you to sit and argue. There are way more important issues in the world than knowing where legal concealed carriers live. For instance the ILLEGAL carriers!!!!!! You have to see this is a huge distraction of time and resources that allows elected officials to pat each other on the back and say "look what we did. We made a law , good for us" A law that violates freedom of information and will lead to lawsuits and cost the state money. Just like the damn abortion bills (unconstitutional). A waste of time and money. How about focus on an Arkansas economy or Unemployment. Or Education. I haven't heard one damn quip about any of these in the news.
So I know the second part of my prediction with North Little Rock City Hall Good Ole' Boys Club hasn't come true yet.. BUT tomorrow night they will be voting to raise the salary for the position of Director for NLR electric from 102,000 to 145,000 in order to attract a worthy replacement. Sounds like Pat's buddies are sweetening his new job for him....
So……the whispers about what’s coming in North Little Rock politics is that after Pat Hays retires at full benefits from the Mayor’s office in January, he will replace Mike Russ at the NLR Electric Department and current Chief of Police, Danny Bradley, will retire with full benefits and replace Joe Smith’s position as he graduates to the mayor’s office. All with top end city salaries and additional benefits. Puts a whole new slant on “double dipping” don’t you think, Max Brantley? Hey, it’s just city tax dollars, not a non-profit. Wait and watch.
I too believe everything PETA tells me..
"I was mugged by a group of men. One had a musket fashioned out of steel pipe and a firecracker, another had a sling shot. One guy had Duct taped a rock to stick... I told myself that day i would never fall victim to armed criminals again. I have not left my house in 5 years." (excerpt from my new book "How Gun Bans Saved America")
Re: “Idaho's 20-week abortion ban struck down”
Any idea what this cost the state of Idaho in legal fees?
