Re: “Few tickets left for Thea's "Into the Blue" with Clinton

Ah-h-h-h... but one day, in becoming aware collectively for the beauty of Life, WE, the people will demonstrate the idea of what it means to peacefully assemble. And when one visits with another, or travels to experience The Art in Nature, WE, the people begin to realize more appropriately, the challenge is to realize eternally that our expression is more of the idea, that there is an Art of Nature, which We are becoming aware of in all locations. The artists have always been working, whether in the formal sense or non-formal sense, which when one stops and thinks just a moment, that even at 21 C, we greet each other for a few moments while enjoying the stories and cuisine. More so when we go to a Greek Restaurant or ponder the classic lines of a civilization now and then. Best to the beloved community!

Re: “City to still seek grant for Riverfront Drive bike trail, but not to narrow vehicle lanes

Consider people calming, in what I would refer to as a socio-technical system, that might move people along as an expression of energy efficiencies, with effectiveness that reflects not exactly box like retailing design, but rather the sophistication that is experienced at Crystal Bridges! The flow in and out is necessary for commerce but how and why would one want to "sweat a hog" to death?

Let us work smarter rather than harder and become the expressions of the rules by which we live in space, both the inner and outer awareness of our existence (individually and collectively)!

Perhaps this will help the daily configuration and exchange of commerce and blueprints for an authentic sustainable awareness for Life!

Re: “A good place to pig out

How come the arts bus is not going to stop here, rather than 21 C?

Re: “The real Hillary

Nau-u-u-ugh. But did know a Faulkner growing up and would move to Faulkner County prior to Frogtown Daze! Does that help the unconscious flow?

Re: “The real Hillary

I too use ellipses though more to indicate a shift in thought or flow inherent to my style of thinking. Writing with a pencil would be at times difficult to read for trying to understand the formation of a thought, the embodiment of said thought while understanding the rational architecture behind such a thought is extremely difficult. As for the Laureate Education, Inc. when my career was not advancing and my mental health was suffering for lack of expression in my communication style, I would turn back to Vocational Rehabilitation to assist with my "retooling" & retraining. My graduation advisor had retired from Waterloo and was now working for Walden. Knowing that I am a non-traditional learner he would encourage me to apply and co-ordinate through Voc-Rehab, thinking they would embrace such a notion. At that time Walden University, which perhaps was not yet a member of Laureate Education, Inc., would have their summer session at IU in Bloomington and I would go visit. But the appeal failed and instead my rehab counselor would write a work plan of "entrepreneurial land use planner" while sending me on my way without sufficient learning to realize said goal. The result was a catastrophe with severe personal loss. Knowing the existing law, creating legislation is one thing. Practicing and positioning of self is another. But to witness the failure and loss of life inside institutions established by the "professionals" is screaming for merciful justice. In a tragic sense of law, not legislative law, but comprehending the nature of the laws that govern this universe, while vested in part from and through different Faith and non-Faith traditions, requires of each one, each citizen to be speaking a truth to an empowering movement while listening carefully for the still, small voice not yet heard, either from within "self" or outside of self, as from a friend or respected speaker. When forced, the voice disappears. When hacked, the authentic vanishes. But when understood, there can be a pause and reverence for the other, in an awesome manner.

Re: “The real Hillary

I respect your opinion as well as that of others. Though the practice of law, when not cognizant of the emotive, can be destructive, even to the point of loss of life. Law as practiced is perceived as quite linear, when in fact, to comprehend the totality of the People of the Book, sets in motion a different level of awareness that transcends existence. Women perceive reality different from men. And governments are structured differently, at different levels. But when the government allows injury to occur, even against the smallest of groups, and then feigns ignorance, something is amiss. When a son or daughter's life is at risk, real friends stand by. To learn the merits of the argument, and hold the discourse in the crucible is challenge for anyone searching for their truth. But actions, that work to extinguish the pursuit of both "a truth" and "the truth" are to be held up, as if from the perspective of "In the Beginning". I do question both parties, and the friends you write about with prejudice, that is bias, for to realize error(s) in the logic can improve one's general as well as specific understanding for both the common and special causes. One's compassion and empathy can also help improve the probabilities and possibilities for recovery, if not the spiritual flow and humanistic outlook across faith traditions and philosophies (in my opinion).

So, celebrate todays' gift of life, and enjoy to the fullest, Max and staff!

Re: “This is NOT plagiarism, says Dexter Suggs. But .....

I would start a doctoral program at Capella, then would withdraw with a total refund. Discovered how the mentor had been driven away from my grad program in the 70's for plagiarism. And the online school did not like being challenged. The student's work was being quoted without due respect. And the on-lone experiences begin to leave a strange taste, if not time lost in the process. One can clip and paste without digesting and thinking more diligently in motion.... The students who were at the Hearing were spot on, but are in need of learning how to ask the question, "By what method?" is the analysis occurring? Innovative learning, teaching, discovery turns on the brain to learning to learn. And what I witnessed that day out at the State Capitol needs a brake placed.... This issue is a public management question for all students, parents and grandparents, both private and public.
