Saline - "that the BABY EXPERIENCES PAIN"
So you do think that a woman should be executed for having an abortion:
"...the defendant acted in an especially cruel and wanton manner pursuant to a course of conduct intended to inflict and inflicting torture upon the victim prior to the victim's death..."
"Arkie what would happen to that same lady if she hired someone to kill her child a month after the child was born?"
Saline - You did not answer my question but I will answer yours:
In this state, that woman would be subject to the death penalty.
Saline
Should a woman who hires someone to murder her preborn baby be subject to the death penalty?
And ref the "major news outlets" claim: http://www.theatlanticwire.com/national/20…
Has any Arkansas daily covered this story? The Southwest Times did not. There are significant differences between Sparks and Mercy.
On the Sirius "Patriot" channel this morning I heard a Rush Limbaugh want-to-be say that if the three women in Cleveland had had guns, they would have never been abducted.
"What else do we have?"
Max, you need to get out of Little Rock more often.
I have two words for you. "True Grit".
Have you forgotten about Fort Smith? How many National Historic Sites have their own gallows? Not to mention a jail called "Hell on the Border".
Re: “Judge Wright issues injunction against abortion law”
"Why is it that pro-lifers think that their opinions are the only ones that are right?"
Saline - Can you acknowledge that many people and faith traditions do not accept that a fetus, particularly during the early stages of pregnancy, is fully human?

Your arguments all proceed from your belief that the fetus is fully human. That is not a universally accepted fact. It is a belief. A belief that most people do not accept.
Currently, 78% of Americans support abortion in all or some circumstances: http://www.gallup.com/poll/1576/abortion.a…
