The violent crime rate is about half of what it was in 1993.
It's Hillary's fault.
"This is, once again, an example of how when a woman threatens Hillary Clinton, how she seeks out to demean her and take her down."
Speaking of the House "investigation".
"In one case, the Chair issued ten subpoenas to investigate one doctor, including naming his family members, other doctors in the practice, and sending subpoenas to two hospitals, two small businesses, and three local emergency response entities."
The stated reason for opposition to her was the fact that she not qualified to head the Library of Congress because she was a librarian. I'm sure that the 18 Republicans did not vote against her because she was a black woman nominated by a black president.
As I suspected.
"Everyone in the world knows about these strikes; nongovernment organizations, such as New America, tabulate them; newspapers around the world—including the New York Times, where some of the same reporters are now writing so breathlessly about Clinton’s careless handling of classified information—cover these strikes routinely."
Everyone is over looking the fact that Comey has produced no evidence to support his accusations. He has sat as prosecutor, jury and judge on this matter and issued his "sentence on the accused" without ever showing a single piece of evidence. Soviet show trials were more open.
I want to see proof that the information contained in the 102 emails was derived from classified documents/briefings that were extant at the time the email were sent.
I want evidence that the only way the writers of the emails could have had that information was from those classified sources.
I want to see evidence that the information was correctly classified by the originating agency.
I want Comey to explain this idiotic statement: “Even if information is not marked ‘classified’ in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it,” he said."
The topic of US drones strikes in Pakistan is, as best as I can tell, a classified subject. Does that means when a government official sees an email that quotes a NYT's story on drone strikes in Pakistan, he is "obligated to protect it"?
Two more points.
To charge someone, the government would need to establish that the info in the email was actually derived from classified documents and not from open source material.
And, in court, the government would have to prove that the info was correctly classified in the first place.
