Wow, Saline posted his IQ for us at 12:02 A.M.
E S, like many times before, I agree with you on the health care issues. Hopefully, the bill will pass so that
250,000 Arkansans will gain coverage. Yes, the insurance industry is the monetary winner. Now we need to work towards a single payer system and get rid of the insurance company thieves. I can't figure out why the Salines of the world think being the only industrialized country in the world that doesn't have a single payer universal health care system is a good thing. I can't figure the motivation. I don't want to think they are that stupid. I can't forget that just prior to the public option being stripped from the PPACA, the private insurance representatives complaint was that they couldn't compete against the public option. Duh!
santhony, I am well aware that the eggs at the store are not fertilized, but the analogy is still valid, we don't consider the eggs chickens. Quite frankly, if the eggs had been fertilized and the hens were on them, we would still consider them eggs, not chickens. Unfortunately Saline would be looking to crack them open in search of some breast meat.
Saline, if I stop at the grocery and pick up 1/2 dozen eggs----do I have six chickens?
Just continued insanity. If the repubs really cared about reducing health care costs, they would be out front campaigning for a single payer health care system. Instead they are just trying to put more money in the coffers of the insurance shysters.
If the Democrat party does not put forth pro single payer health care candidates, how can we expect it to change? I believe Teddy Roosevelt(R) was the first pol to put forward single payer National Health insurance and over 100 plus years later, we are still not close. What a bunch of dumb asses Americans are. When will we wake up and see that the rest of the civilized world has it right and in too many instances we are "dead" wrong.
Re: “The open line”
scrapper, I am 4 days shy of my 71st birthday and I promise you there's plenty more to come. Life is always full of surprises. Ain't it just great?
