Re: “Marijuana amendment backers get more time to collect signatures

Do your research on available items from the many businesses that have sprung up in Colorado and creating jobs (sounds like a Republican's dream).

Just remember that if you want to avoid the high but get relief then be sure to get the CBD product.

DBI, sounds like you need something like this product:

Harlequin CBD Capsules

High CBD: Harlequin is a 75/25 sativa-dominant strain renowned for its reliable expression of CBD. A descendant of Colombian Gold, a Nepali indica, and Thai, and Swiss landrace strains, you can depend on Harlequin to provide clear-headed, alert sativa effects. Unlike most high-CBD strains, Harlequin almost always develops a CBD:THC ratio of 5:2, making this strain one of the most effective out there for treatment of pain and anxiety, as CBD counteracts THC’s paranoia while amplifying its painkilling properties. Flavors can range from earthy musk to sweet mango, but without a doubt, what draws crowds to Harlequin is its ability to relax without sedation, and to relieve without intoxication.

Capsules are a great oral delivery system for people who prefer not to inhale smoke or vapor.

Re: “Clarksville hopes PSC can help protect its watershed from pipeline

Activist friend of mine who lives in Pope County says it's a done deal. The only thing that Clarksville L&W Co. is hoping to get through intervening is "a pound of flesh" in the form of the pipeline company paying for the equipment to respond to any accident involving hazardous materials/liquids.

Re: “Maria Markham recommended for top position at Department of Higher Education

Dear Mr. Scholar, I believe their accreditation in 2010 was through one of the accrediting organizations that were basically an extension of the corporate executives from other for-profit universities when Ms. Markham "earned" her degree. Which in my book really means non-accredited. I'll choose my words a bit more carefully next time.

Granted they have the regional accreditation now but the facts are what they are in the matter of for-profit universities. Also, it's pretty hard to find data on their graduation rates but it appears their PhD rate is around 15% which is low.

Not to mention that most of these businesses rely almost exclusively on students who use federally-guaranteed loans to pay for their "education" and often do not finish for a variety of reasons (sometimes waking up to the fact that the school cares nothing for them except their money). Students stuck with loan but school gets it money.

As I said this is not the face we need for this position even thought it's a done deal. Just one citizen's opinion. Would say the same if it were a black male with this credential. As for the previous two degrees within the state? Who cares? I just want quality people serving in these positions and not somebody who gets a political plum for whatever reason.

Try this for a better understanding of what these businesses are really doing.

"You don't post anything other than insults, it is hard to know where you stand, except off the side slinging your shit." StevenE

Ever read your own shit-slinging posts? Besides you used that same accusation (almost word for word) against me a while back. You need a new writer.

Re: “Maria Markham recommended for top position at Department of Higher Education

blessed, her PhD came from an online, for-profit, non-certified "university." Is this really what we need as the face of the Department of Higher Education for Arkansas? Regardless of her hair or skin color?

Hell, for 90 grand or so you can have one!!! Sort of like lowering job qualifications to get Johnny (What do we tonight to education, A$A!!) Key into the ADE.
