Re: “Faulkner jury awards $5.2 million in nursing home negligence case

Why is Morton still allowed licenses or proxy involvements in nursing homes? Is relicensing now automatic?
These clever schemes to avoid Morton's responsibility for his actions are disgusting. Is this is what is meant by a business friendly environment? If so, are any of us safe?

Re: “Judicial ethics committee discourages TV show based on Hot Springs court

Judge Ohm would label Hot Springs America's most dangerous city? Such civic pride and boosterism and with no real data to back it up. Just the type of representation we need.

Re: “Wednesday night line

While Cotton reads what's handed to him, he has ignored revelations that the same pipeline that's devastating Mayflower runs under Lake Hamilton and a half dozen of its major tributaries. Even Rep Griffin asked Exxon to move the thing away from the Maumelle watershed. Guess that's too liberal for Tom. Just speculate on what a Mayflower size leak would mean to Lake Hailton.

Re: “Open line

Tom Cotton! I'm so embarrassed he is my congressman. His parents must be so ashamed too. Most of S America holds Chavez as a hero and MY pup congressman brushes him off with a good riddance. Besides being hideously ill-mannered it taunts our closest neighbors for nothing. He is the most outrageous of the Chavez responses and getting his headlines so I guess he's happy.

Re: “How extreme is Tom Cotton? Part II

Always remember, Jeffress had a shot! He had virtually nothing to work with thanks to the state and national parties. Didn't even have their clear support though he's about as mainstream as the party gets. Cotton knew virtually nothing about the district and could have been beaten. But no. You know how we are down here and with that scary black man leading the ticket we just can't win. Why shouldn't Cotton be strident now? BTW, where was old pal and homie Bill Clinton?

Ms Verla:

Interesting. Did our AG step on a silk-stockinged toe? Seems like regular old barnyard manure but...
