Re: “Harrison, Ark., embarrasses itself again by refusing visit by delegation from Ghana

Focus on something positive instead of feeding into racial division.

Re: “Waltons sue photographer's widow for prints, negatives: UPDATE

This is horrible!! Everyone knows you have to buy the rights from a photographer to use photos shot by that photographer. I am appalled at the Walton Family's attempt to rip off an honest, tax paying working American family

Re: “Injured man awarded Dogpatch

I hope a trespasser can find a way to sue to the new owners!! I hope there is a big "back taxes" fee the new owners can pay too! This judgement is WRONG!

Re: “Did race cause rape case mistrial?

The lady that was raped, moved to that area to help the community become a better place. I bet she has a new understanding of "why" it is it is a dying, poverty stricten place. It is not a "race" thing. Honest, caring people can be found in all races. It's a "stupid " thing. When an area becomes populated by a majority of people that make bad decisions/choices the town begins to die. The fact that it is a majority Black town is the reason many people see it as a "race" thing.... I don't know if the jury refused to convict him because he is Black, but it does give that appearance.

Re: “Lobbyists circle on mental treatment

The real problem is not the residental programs. It is the numerous out pt programs that treat children without a child psychiatrist. I work with children that have behavioral/mental health problems. I know first hand the importance of having experienced, qualified child psychiatrists prescribing and monitoring the care given to these young patients. The brain, and it's response to medicine is very different between children and adults. Mental Health care, especially children's mental health care, needs to be in the hands of the best professionals possible
